How many of you guys are gym rats?
I've never really worked out much to be honest - a month or two here and there. I've recently gotten pretty serious about it and I'm kind of addicted! I've been skinny my entire life and noticed some fat this last year, It was awful. Now I feel better than I ever have!
I'm pretty excited for next season, I've only been working out for a couple months but I feel way stronger! It's got to help with endurnce and jumps. Just starting this thread to keep myself motivated. Eating healthy is the most difficult part for me. It's a major PITA.
