Iraq...Lets see u take em out obi...and quick!
i do not believe the ultimate effect of Obama's irak policy is too distinct from McCain's. the pivotal issue is that the UN mandate that exists to allow the continued presence of western forces in Irak expires at the end of this year.

With Obama not even being given keys to the White house until late January, the primary hand over of power to control irak might already have been provided to the local authorities by then. from that point on, the continued presence of our troops out there, will be an iraki gov decision more than Obama's.

besides, obama will just move hardware and troops to afghanistan, which i guess is seen to be the true fuck up of the Bush legacy.

Terrorists...and anyone else: I wanna see u extend an invitation to discussion as you promoted during the campaign and I want to actually see them sit down with you and logically discuss the differences AND WORK IT OUT.
the ever ambiguous term of 'terrorist' serves only to confuse. and so who are you referring to? Iran presumably?

i do not think dialogue with this state would be a difficult promise to fulfill; they've been requesting a chin wag for a long time now and in fact, many western entities have already met with them.

can such discussion bring a close to US fears of their nuke development? not at all! not unless it breaks laws, which currently it does not.

Yes moderators you can now move this into the politics forum as it should be.
i am sure they are grateful for your permission for them to do this:rolleyes::laugh::D

I almost spit out my drink when I read that. And yet you never thought to add 'pot' or 'kettle' to that organization list?!? :dunno:

Alright I'll play stupid...United States...Iraq...escalated terrorist attacks...TENS of thousands killed, millions displaced?!?!!!????? By YOUR VERY DEFINITION, The United States of America is a terrorist organization.

You make it too easy Mpd, and Paolo is going to be "somewhat" sober at his desk this morning. wheras me, not so much. Do you order your assholes online in bulk?

hahaha you are soo full of shit MPD.

the old fart McCain had infinitely a more difficult task before him to secure victory.

that old geezer couldn't even climb the steps to a podium without having to pause for breath and yet there he was, doing the whistle stop campaign tour, inspite of the dead weight gimmick provided to him in the form of Palin and despite the historical bigotry of america, which basically ensured that all and every minority member of the populace would vote for the non-white guy! as you yourself had observed!

if you were to tell me you voted Obama coz he was the best man for the job, i would agree with you.

but for you to suggest your motive was out of support for the under dog.... well you aren't even close to being believed!

Quote:

But he is going to be under alot of pressure to do it right. That isnt easy.
it was never going to be easy for whoever won the election. that is the point. irak and all that is yet to occur out there will simply contribute to the legacy of Bush.

(Bush incidentally being the person who will retire to Texas with fat dollar, instead of being tried for war crimes! especially now, that the US populace, the only collective that could secure justice, have been placated by Obama's election!)

Never happen. Unfortunately the Iraq govt doesnt want to truly step up to the plate yet.
you talk bollocks. they have already repeatedly requested the staged withdrawal of western forces.

Quote:

Translation. He is not stopping any assault or warfare, he is just going to move next door and continue to spend money there.
precisely!

Any country leader that creates situations that could escallate to additional warfare or attacks on innnocent civilians in any country btw. I voted for that, now lets see him execute.
does this sentiment extend to seeing him tell Israel to step the fuck back?

Not in the manner of obifest...
what does this even mean?
