i can hear myself get fatter

it's ok, i ran 3 miles this morning.

1 bag of 43grams of kettle chips = 220 calories

3 mile run = 300 calories (depending on pace and your mass fatso!)

so one bag means you're okay!

Try layering them into your favorite sandwich...My fave is Tuna, but they work with almost anything, including Wolfmans favorite; avocado,cream cheese and red onion sammys.

Ok I just looked at the back of the bag. One serving is 150 calories. 5 servings per bag. 750 calories per bag.
