US govt exercises good judgement

Pretty suprised to learn tody that the feds have offically decided not to bring action against WA and CO new marijuana laws and are planning to reduce enforcement against recreational users in those states (as long as they're not on federal land/property). Hopefully this is a positive sign of up coming drug law reform and enforcement practices. It's rare to see anything reasonable coming out of DC so thought I would share.

An exec for vail told me that vail was gonna be operating PCMR this season. I talked to him in may about it after they announced canyons. He thought it was gonna be a done deal by July..... Guess not, PCMR is holding out......

Doesn't Talisker own the property? How did Vail get involved?

Vail has been trying to get the lease that PCMR has had on that property. PCMR didn't renew in time, they tried to sue to keep their lease and lost. Talisker is planning to lease to vail but PCMR is holding out and will not vacate the property even under eviction notice.....

They are. It will be strange because all of the base resort area is seperates and PCMR owns it, the parking areas and the main lift at the base...... Here's an article on it that I found
