bit of a longer sentence than I expected. anybody think the previous trial carried any influence in the outcome?

i think the fact that he's been charged of all these crimes definitely had made the decision for a longer sentence

he deserves the fifteen years, but he will probably only do half of it.

15 years isnt bad for kidnapping and conspiracy to commit armed robbery. Those are usually very hefty felonies. He's eligible for parole in 6 years.

Not putting up a source because if you can't find one you fail at the interwebs

I watched the sentencing live.

He deserves that and more.

Now his lawyer is going to appeal under the grounds that the trial was affected by the previous murder charges (NO SHIT........)
