snowboarding with an iphone/other expensive electronics - Snowboarding Forum

i have an iphone. normally i wouldnt bring it with me, but im gonna be with a bunch of friends who all ride considerably worse than me this weekend, and im probably gonna end up getting separated from them by accident. anyone ride with something expensive like this? how'd it go?

Had a friend who took her camera. She got hit by a skier and it was toast. I really don't recommend it.

i found a cell phone on the ground at a 311 show last year. first thing you do when finding a cell phone is look for "mom" or "dad" in the contacts! i got a hold of dude's mom, who was able to get in touch with the friends her son was with at the show & i was able to get him his phone back before he even left the show! and just in the nick of time too, cuz he was out in the parking lot getting ready to leave!
