Anyway, sometimes you can get a feel for a board after only a few runs. Yes, conditions matter, but you should be able to know if it is the conditions or the board that's causing something.

But yea, for a well-rounded review, you want to completely and thoroughly molest the board for several days.

Side note: Some of us attend demos so we ride the same boards from year to year albeit with some tweaks. Also, demo boards are almost always broken in. If not by other demos, by the reps and tent employees themselves.
Logged out and tried the search, same results. I agree that you can get a feel for a board in a shorter period of time. What I think is funny are people that buy a board, ride it once, and write a massive glowing review for it!

Arguably, trying multiple boards in one day on the same snow is a better way to tell the difference between boards. So the demo tent is still a worthy pit stop as far as I'm concerned.

I have to admit, I feel like i've made a bad pitch in that show shark tank. Reading your comments at first angered me and my first reaction was to ignore all your advice. However, upon rethinking the whole situation, altough very criticizing, you guys have given out pretty great advice. I'm not going to give up on this, but instead I am going to redo this entire thing. In the next few weeks, I will be getting rid of flash, getting rid of the profanity since it makes me look childish, working on SEO, improving my reviews by a lot, and adding the eyecandy this site lacks so much. Thank you so much everybody, who should I write the consultation cheque to?

good attitude, now you just have to make all that stuff reality so you can start your uphill battle. (there are already established and even established struggling sites that you are competing with, nobody knows you. We all know BA, Jed, Nivek, Agnarchy, Leo, Snowboard Addiction - as you can see for a niche sport the blog/internet scene is fairly well saturated - hell even most of us know who friggen Shayboarder is...do you know who these entities are?)

And Snowolf. (fwiw I wasn't trying to make a complete list, just examples)

Sorry in my head you are so much more than that, mainly with all the super in-depth technique stuff. I think of you alot more of a coach and real-world entity than most of the other guys (sorry other guys). Not that I've met any of them, and of course they are all real people.

I like your TR's better than your reviews hehe(nothing wrong with your reviews, but as I've progressed more I really take everyone's reviews with a bigger grain of salt as I think my own opinion/experience becomes more valid). I'm so lazy to take any pictures when I'm havin fun....
