Waterproof, Insulated, Clean Jacket?

Hey,

Young-blood here. I'm looking for a new jacket to replace the one I outgrew last year. I need an insulated, waterproof jacket for under $200. I have been searching around for the past half-hour, and thought you all would have some good insight on what jacket would be the best "bang-for-your-buck".

I am not looking for something with crazy designs or flashy colors. More specifically, I am looking for a jacket with a clean, simple style like the one seen here: The North Face*Men's*Jackets & Vests*MEN'S FURANO JACKET (I would get this one if I were finished growing and had a decent job, haha)

Here are a few of the jackets I am currently looking at:
Amazon.com: Columbia Men's Cubist III Jacket: Sports & Outdoors
Volcom Shadow Insulated Jacket | evo
686 Pexus Hydra Thermagraph Insulated Jacket | evo

From what the reviews say, these jackets seem to be both warm, breathable, and waterproof.

Thanks for the help!
