Longer (gore-tex) pants than usual

This is a difficult topic. I have some real issues with finding pants that are long enough. Being a skinny guy with legs longer than average, most pants are a couple of inches too short. My height is around 6' 2", but my waist is usually 32-33", while my inseam in regular jeans is 36".

I currently have a pair of O'Neill pants in L, which are reasonable but not waterproof enough which is sometimes a major issue. I tried on a couple of Burton AK2L cyclic pants in XL, where the length is almost decent... but unfortunately the rest is like walking in a tent :/

I would therefore appreciate any suggestions for longer than usual gore-tex pants. The brand does not really matter.

While not goretex, 686 has tall and short options for their Smarty Cargo pant. They come with a 15k waterproof rating.

If you can afford it...the Arcteryx Sabre pant comes in long cuts. 3L gore.

I highly recommend Outdoor Research Vanguard Pant as a very high quality solution for what you are looking for. The mediums should work really well for you, they are about 32-33 waist and run long. They have a removable bib so can be worn as a pant as well. You can read reviews for the pants on several sites.

Burton's Cargo pants come in a tall version - but they're only 10k/10k.
