I cannot say about any other jackets, but it doesn't hurt to order as the return policy is no questions for a month. They also do prepaid shipping for $6 it's something.
6ft 215 XL tees and 38 waist
In this case, I could prob fit into a medium comfortably.

Cascades can be a wet place at times. Love gore tex.
