Default Compact Shorts

Hi. I live in ice coast. Last season even I know how to fall I fell on my tailbone pretty hard once. This season I decided to buy Compact shorts (Burtons) and well they are very uncomfortable.

Am I the only one? I tried them 2 weeks ago and after 2 runs I took them off and ride normally. Today I decided to ride them in one full day ( I met guy on a lift who said it was all about getting used to) and well I still couldn't get used to them. I felt restricted, and for example if I wanted to ollie my ollies were so small and had almost no air.

Anyone else had same issue? Should I just abandon this idea or it's all about getting used to.

I have not tried these but if you find you cannot tolerate them you may want to look into an Azzpad. My husband broke his tailbone twice and now won't get on a board without one.

Good Luck,
E
