Default Skivvies PSA

the Puma boxers at costco are 100% polypro and are the best i've ever found. breathe like polypro instead of sponging like cotton. been using only those to ride and hike, looking forward to summer hiking and skating in 'em.

no affiliation, just passing along whats good~

Truth! I picked some up earlier this season at TJ Maxx. I wear them every time I ride now. They are amazing.

Uhmmmm,.. this is actually a serious question, and I don't wish to be… indelicate? You don't get an odor problem with PolyPro knickers???

All the Polypro tech wear I've ever had has always had a tendency to develop quit a funk! An Oh-Dear that lingered even after repeated washing. And that was just the shirts!

-edit-
In order to short circuit the inevitable "wash your ass" comments? I will only say, Frequently in snowboarding, (…as in life!) you run into situations where first you say "Shit,..!" And then you do Shit! As evidenced in the "how steep is steep" thread!

Lol. Well played! Those might even provide a little extra padding in a fall!

Seriously tho, all jokes aside, I have to use special detergents and whatnot to keep poly base layers or workout shorts, shirts etc. from eventually developing a permanent funk! You dont find that to be an issue with the polypro skivvies? I never go comando in my base layer bottoms. I always cradle the "boyz" in cotton underneath. So not an issue with the bottoms. (...and yes! I shower daily!)

My bad,..! It really was a serious question tho, with maybe a poor attempt at humor! Some years back I bought a bunch of the polypro, hi tech fabric stuff in workout clothes. Even tho I washed them regularly, I soon noticed that they seemed to retain just a faint BO oder even fresh outta the wash!

That was when I started using that scent blocking detergent developed for hunters clothing! It worked great on the shirts, but I Just figured I'd ask, considering how bad the shirts could get,..
