How is 686 Victory Insulated Jacket - Men's?

Hi Guys, does anyone bought 686 Victory Insulated Jacket - Men's? How was it in terms of waterproof and warmth?

I am 5'9 and around 160lb., the chest is around 94-95cm when wearing demon body amour as I am always wear it when ride. Also, I need extra freedom to do some trick and jumps as well as look stylish, not so tight to my bum.

It appears that size M would fits me well per size chart but online consultant at backcountry told me go for size L because this jacket run small per customer's feedback. I am bit confused here.

Is there anyone who has similar body shape like me and bought this jacket? Appreciate if you could share your suggestion?

Thanks in advance.
