this is only my second season out so still learning about stuff.. well the first year i went i didnt think too much about it and just picked something.. they are comfortable and stay pretty dry all day.. BUT they are just WAY too hot come the warmer temperatures of late season.. they were cheap pants so i assume that there are way better options out there..
so what im wondering is do they make pants that are actually not as hot... maybe not SO lined.. what type of pants should i look at that are decently durable dry and maybe just not SO warm.. i do not want anything super fitted... im a tall big guy and super fitted stuff when doing activities skating, riding, etc.. i dont think would feel right.. also dont want anything super crazy color wise.. i want to just get on the mountain and ride.. i dont need to be some lit up neon sign.. thanks in advance for any help.. |

While I don't pick out another man's pants for him, I will say that most quality snowboard pants come with vents so that you can wear them in most weather conditions. If you're snowboarding in temps above about 50 though, the fabric itself is just going to be too warm. Wear a wet suit. You'll be the most original person on the mountain.
