I need some advice on buying a pair of goggles....I am new to the sport and don't really know what to look for when selecting a pair for the slopes. I have snowmobiled for years and have now taken up the sport to keep up with my kids! I know it is important to find some that fit the helmet I wear but I would like to here what I should look for in lenses....polarized, tints, which ones offer the best field of vision etc....what brands (oh boy this could get ugly!) etc... light it up gang lets here what your favs are. I would ideally like to get a pair that I can change out the lenses for day/night riding....Although I am new to this I am ALL I

Try to find the Bonus Lens Goggles that way when it's cloudy you'll have a low light lens.
I'm fond of Smiths, which never fog on me.

My favorite goggles so far are Airgoggles with the Yellow Chrome Baker lens. I've used Anon, Oakley, VonZipper, Ashbury, Smith, Electric, and Dragon. I just can't beat the comfort of Airblaster.

Smith. My last pair were 30 years old before I finally managed to put a small crack in one of the lenses.
They gave me 50% off a new pair through their recycling program. ![]() The I/O goggles have a huge following, and I recently upgraded to them. We'll (the royal we) will be trying them out this winter. |
