Just used nikwax tech wash and tx.direct wash-in and it seems to have worked pretty well. Haven't had a real wet day to really test it out yet.

I'm looking at getting a set of products from Nikwax for waterproofing my gear as well. The word from all the reviews I've read for jackets and pants is wash with Nikwax Tech Wash, then either use the wash-in Nikwax TX.Direct or spray on Nikwax TX.Direct.

I would like to hear some more input from people that have done this a few times though

What works for you guys??

i just bought some of the nikwax today and do i have to use the whole bottle for washing or can i usse half of it or something and save it for later

well i figured that and i just found out i bought the TX. direct by accident. will it do good b/c i have no more money to buy the other shit
