So I just bought a helmet, this will be my first year wearing one. I was wondering, do you usually wear a beanie underneath or does the helmet itself keep you warm enough? I'm asking because with a beanie underneath my helmet it gets a little to tight..

I have a helmet with vents in it. I do not wear a beanie underneath. It keeps me plenty warm.
If you got a helmet that fits you properly, you would not be able to fit a beanie underneath it. This is my first year wearing a helmet as well. I am already VERY glad that I have it.
