can you restore waterproofing? - Snowboarding Forum

My 686 snowboard pants have recently lost their waterproofing in the butt. After a day of ridingmy butt is SOAKED through...never used to be this way...i never washed them or anything.....

is there a product that will bring them back to normal am i screwed?

The NIKWAX laundry detergent.. REI sells it and im sure there are a lot of online retailers that do as well.

It's not detergent, but a liquid wash-in which helps to restore the waterproofing.
