I was thinking of getting an Airblaster Ninja Suit but it seems a little pricey at $100+. Also I play football so I have quite a bit of Under Armour. I need help on this should I buy new base layers or stick to the Under Armour I have?

The under-armour you have for football is probably not the winter stuff, so it will be considerably thinner than UA's 'ColdGear' shirts. You can use what you have, but it won't keep you as warm (meaning that you will probably need another layer to keep as warm with the coldgear).
