I think it differs a little for everybody. I went in and tried on some burton rulers and they were actually a little small, then tried on the nike zoom's and they fit great. I ended up with last years nike zooms, found a great deal, but they are the best fit and comfort level of the boots I tried on, all in the $200 range.

Choose what is most comfortable. I tried the ZF1, kaijus, ions, and a bunch of other boots. I ended up with the ZF1s cause they were the most comfortable for me. You should always try on boots before you buy them. Btw this thread should be in the boots section.
