Just Bought a Jacket?!? - Snowboarding Forum

hey guys,

Is this a good jacket??? just bought and paid for 3 to 5 day shipping so i could have it before this weekend!!! is it good thought... like is it good for snowboarding...

It says it's 70% cotton.
It might soak up the snow and get heavy.
It has fur on it.

i have the red plaid reversible one, its nice. wish i got mine a size bigger but it does the job. its warm and does a pretty good job of repeling water, i wouldnt wear it in a downpour but so far in snow its been nice and dry.

and if its like mine then the fur will zip off the hod if you want. i left mine on so i felt more like an eskimo.

haha yea lol i ordered the gray one but it was only available in a size small... so i got the blue one and it is just like it... i got to send the gray one back when it comes lol i figured next year a small would have been TOO small....... lol

that's not even a snowboarding jacket. it doesnt say it's water repellent anywhere on the page. crap jacket, c'mon it's 70% cotton and 30% polyester!

I ride in this jacket evrry day, it rained last nite for 30 minutes, i rode the entire time, i was not wet, jacket looked wet but then with 3 minutes of no rain jacket looked dry again. I wouldnt trust it in a downpour but it does fine in rain just sayin, dont knock it till u try it.
