Hey, anyone know where I can get a cheap, or at least moderately affordable videocam helmet?

Depends what you call cheap but I don't think you can go past the lead in gopro

ebay, get the gopro 720p, no real need for the 1080p version. often you can get them with a 16 gb card for less than you can get them in stores.
