Warm/waterproof pants?

Alright so I've recently found out that my pants soak up water like a sponge and on top of this they're kinda small for me now. I'm looking for pants that can hold up between -22 and 22... In the spring it's variable though (22 in the morning and 41 later on in the day). For this reason I want them to be really water proof. Any suggestions? Nothing too crazy like Burton AK $500 pants. Oh and I'm looking for pants that come in blue or green. Preferably blue. Thanks in advance!

My aperture undercut's are pretty damn warm, usualy only wear pajama pants under them, and they are 10k water proof. Didnt have an opportunity to wear them in -22*f tho, lowest temps i was in were maybe 5 degrees with a -10 windchill.

Life is a giant high five, huck it every chance you get.

yes, and new as well...be patient, they actually aren't too hard to find below $200 with shipping.

Otherwise, just go with a good 10k pant and keep reapplying the dwr, no biggie either.
