Alright,
I had some Level.... something or other (gore tex) in a size too big for me. They were pretty darned waterproof from the outside but I didn't half get sweaty in them. I must have great circulation and if this could be a real life phenomenon then I "Run Hot". I tried some Dakine pipe gloves for a week which were cooler but got WET in an hour (no excess hand to snow action) and they froze solid when I went up the glacier and I mean SOLID!!!!!! I spend a lot of time in snowdomes and learning tricks and therefore have my hands in the snow a fair bit (I'm not as bad as I sound) and want some decent waterproof as fuck gloves which won't get me too hot. Really wanted the POW Tanto and Stealth gloves but when ordered them and they arrived they were so small I couldn't even get my hand in. Poor. Can you recommend me specific gloves from this/last season so I can jump on the discount bandwagon for now Cheers mofos

I also had some grenade gloves that the two times I wore them were frozen solid into a claw shape by the end of the day. I got some Burton gortex gloves and I love them. They have an inner liner that you can take off if they're too hot or you can just ride with the liner during the spring. My hands never got wet with these gloves.

I have some Dakine Element 3-in-1 mitts that I love. I picked em up off of evo.com mid-season for a good price. They're warm on cold days, not to warm on warmer days and they have a pipe glove liner that you can wear on it's own as well for those slushy spring days.
