Ripzone Strobe l/xl. 5000mm
have them and love them. I'm pretty skinny at 32x34 pants, usually. these WILL bunch up, but the material at the waistline is very thin (ONLY the waistline. the rest is decently thick.), so you won't even feel it if you wear a belt. recommended to wear some kind of cloth belt like i'm wearing in that picture. other kinds work, but may become uncomfortable after 5+ hours of riding. lots of pockets, so it's good if you like packing a water bottle for on the lift and stuff. it's got enough material in the legs to provide protection against scrapes from ice if you fall. also, they're big enough around the legs that if you need to, you can put on more layers under. (probs won't.) attached a pic of me wearing mine. edit: that picture of me makes me look like a damn giant. i'm only 6'1".

you can get them for pretty good prices right now. $40-$60. I got mine for $110 mid season.
they'll fit a 32/32, but they might be a little long. they're also bootcut, so it'll fit over them nicely. little metal hook thing on the inside cuff will keep it tucked inside your boot. very nice feature.

ThirtyTwo Blahzay pant size L would do you right. I go 36" waist/32" inseam and have an XL pair of these, they definitely fit longer than normal pants. Adjustable in the waist via velcro straps to tighten them a bit as needed, belt loops if you prefer the belt. Good sized cargo pockets. Lined, but not insulated, so they keep you warm but not so warm you can't wear them on spring days. Good ventilation. They are a more classic/baggier fit.
Even at full price I think they only run about $150. You can probably find some last-season for under $100.
