From looking at your website OP it looks like a sponsorship from your company would somehow involve a free rental at a trailer park, all the Stetson cologne you can wear and the clap.

Hmmm, this begs the question: if you get in the game for money from the get go, is it really selling out? Is it selling out if you get in it for the money then switch to doing it for the love?

No, its an investment or career really. And I would also add, that it would also come down to loving what you do.

Did you mess this up? Maybe i dont get where your coming from on this one. I'd love a job like that, its kinda going into a career and then discovering that you dig that shit....

Anyway, I was just mocking Cro. But I do have an opinion on this, but it is solely my opinion.

Nothing is potentially selling out....to a degree. If you get into something for the money and have no love for it, then your really in the investment/job type position aren't you. If you find that you actually like doing it, then that's great. There are plenty of people about who slave at there job they hate just to earn a living (fuck being that person).

Even if you get in the game purely for the shred and get paid due to being good at it (professional) or open up an opportunity which creates wealth (like owning the baltimore cap patent or something) then I don't really view that as selling out either.

If you get into it for the shred and 10 years later, have your name on $5 kids scooters from china, bubble gum and ice creams...then yeah...you're kinda in the sold out category.

/agree totally. If getting paid for something you don't enjoy is selling out then pretty much every one of us has sold out! I consider selling out when someone at the top of their game takes it too far with greed, so like you say you have toys and dolls and video games and such with their name on it, regardless of quality and devoid of meaning.

Most people who throw around the term sellout for realz are just jelly. Anyways in this case I know it was meant as a joke, "sell out" to a cheesy t-shirt company?
