How to ride with your hood up - Snowboarding Forum

I've done this before - and don't remember having a problem - but this last trip out - I put up my hood and lost a buttload of field of vision - I don't remember what I did differently... Saw other people riding w/ the same jacket - hood up - no problems...

What do you guys do to avoid blocking your field of vision when putting up the hood?

you need to cinch your hood down. there should be one right down the middle of your hood towards the back and 2 on the sides. tighten the sides a little and pull the one in the back till the hood is out of your way.
