Default Fleece 200 or 300 under shell jacket at -15C (5F)

So I have a completely uninsulated shell on the out side and a tight base layer for the sweat. What weight of fleece 200 or 300 would be good to wear in -15C (5F)? Also would it be okay if I wore a fleece with wind proofing under my shell, or not recommended? I just think this would be slightly warmer.

My search through the forums showed most people saying "moderate or very cold", but that is useless, please provide numbers and the weight of fleece you wear and wind proof construction or not =)

***EDIT for those who may have had a similar question to mine in the future. I went boarding in -10C this weekend with a 200 fleece (and proper base layer importantly) and i was sweating at the end of each run. I had to open the vents and unzip the fleece inside. So don't get anything thicker than that as I can see a 200 fleece going all the way down to -20C (as long as you don't sit there for too long).
