VonZipper Customer service

Anyone ever have to deal with VZ customer service? I recently ordered some replacement lenses for my feenoms last week off there website (best price cheapest shipping and colour i wanted in stock ) they charged my visa and gave me a VZ conformation number nothing for UPS to track the order nor an ETA for delivery. Called them 6 times over the last couple days with no answer left msg on answering machine no calls back emailed them twice still no emails back. What gives VZ? or am I just a bit antsy

So 2 more days later few more phone calls and emails I finally get ahold of
Customer service. They said they were checking on the tracking order with UPS.
And would call me right back with in 20min. No call back today so I called them back and what do you know
No answer again VZ your customer service is terrible I bet they never even sent the order out.
Just venting my frustration I recommend not ordering from there online store piss poor service it's a good thing
They make good product but after this not sure I'm going to be buying anymore goggles or sunglasses from them.

No because it's been a week and they haven't sent it out yet. Finally got agile of them and they said its still sitting downstairs in the warehouse a week after I ordered it. Said they will ship it out 2morrow so should see it in another 5 days hopefully
