"Light" board pants or "Trespass" board pants??
 

Hi everyone,

This is my first post ever and I'll be taking my first lesson this weekend :)

I wanted to ask about a couple brands of board pants I picked up.

In terms of brands, what is rated higher? Light Board Corp or Trespass?

And what makes a pair of board pants good? What qualities to look for and what "mm" to get.

I'm not familiar with those brands (or many of the merits of different brands at all, since I'm a snowboarding noob), but you'll definitely want something both sufficiently waterproof and breathable. Check out the "Waterproof/Breathability" thread at the top of this board. That might help you decide between the two.
