Back Protection Makes Layers Ride Up?

Just curious if any of you have this problem.

Currently I wear a Base, then a Fleece, then the POC Spine Ergo. After a few times of me bending forward, all my layers are always pulled up and cinched by the Spine Guard, basically giving me a britney spears mid drift showing (if I didn't have my jacket on).

Was kinda brain storming ways I can alter the spine guard or my layering to prevent this...thought i'd ask before I did anything crazy

How about putting the Ergo over the base under the Fleece? Make sure you tuck your base top into your base leggings.

Whenever I wear armor, it goes on right on top of my base layer. Often times the armor is so warm that I don't even need a mid layer.
