Default Finding the perfect jacket

I'm trying to find the elusive "perfect" jacket. The jacket I'm currently using is a spyder. It's super warm, super waterproof (20,000), plenty of pockets, perfect....except for the fact that it's too short on me. It's such a pain in the ass to bend over to unstrap, or strap in, and have it ride up in the back, dragging the powder skirt up too. It has snaps, but they are in weird spots and don't line up with my unless I do ridiculous things like twist my pants (comfy!) they just don't work. I'm just getting a little tired of snow going up my back or down my pants every time I'm out.

I am female and I'd prefer not to look like a puffy box when I'm out, so I'm looking for a women's specific jacket.
