Default Help! Proper layering below 0!

1st layer: second skin (queshua)
2nd layer: fleece (200g, queshua)
3rd layer: burton poacher jacket (5000mm)

Is this clothing warm between 5F to 10F (-20C to -10C)? Or I have to buy something better?
I'm going to snowboard at Tignes this week..

Tell your experiencies, please.

I like my underarmour cold gear then my DC shirt that is the same thing and then if it's that cold a simple little fleece or water resistant hoodie. I don't like hoodies though, makes me constricted and harder to do things in the park.

Poacher has insulation, so with a fleece underneath, it could be too warm for 5-10F

What I would use with that jacket,

base
heavier merino wool second layer
jacket.

I run cold though, so unless you are an internal nuclear reactor, you will be fine.

The poacher have 40g of insulation and I don't think that's high.. So I decide to go with a fleece 200g.

And we're talking about 5F/10F (-20C/-10C) .. Is it that cold? Are you sure about this? Because I went snowboarding 32F (0C) with 1st and 3rd layer and didn't get cold! I'm worried about dressing properly.

All I know is anything below 30 and you probably want the second layer unless you're in the park or somewhere else doing some serious movement.

Looks fine to me, this is why gear has vents you can open and close to help regulate your temp

Compressible down jacket under your shell...toasty. I use the mountain Hardware one, but any will work.

Base layer (Capilene3)
REI stretch fleece
Thin compressible down
GORE-TEX shell

For -15C weather, and wind chill making it feel like -20C I wear under armor cold weather shirt with a 20K jacket. The odd time I will put on a second non-cotton shirt.

The main thing is that any places clothes meet, I make sure they overlap and are tight. Ex: gloves, goggles, face mask.

Usually the cold part is my cheeks, between the goggles and face mask. Problem is if my face mask covers too much, it is hard to breath when i am riding aggressively.

I don't have this problem anymore, I just use the Polartech under layers from the ECWCS I got when I was in the army, you can buy them too. Having trouble trying to find a link, but that has always been more than enough for me through -25F.

Kinda looks like this.
ROTHCO ECWCS GENERATION III MIDWEIGHT DESERT SAND UNDERWEAR TOP - SoldierCity
And this is the skin layer.
ECWCS GENERATION III SILKWEIGHT DESERT SAND UNDERWEAR TOP - SoldierCity

This isn't the exact same stuff I have, but it's damn close, I've bought some from here before and I would say the quality is about equal.

I wear Under Armor Cold Gear Base Layer 2, T-Shirt and my jacket. That keeps me warm enough. It was -15 and I had no problems.
