I know that they pop up on Gearslash every now and then for way better prices than you would pay on the actual I/S website. I also believe that they are from the brain of Devun Walsh, and possibly Mikey Leblanc. I've never heard anything bad about them, but I also don't see them very often.

IS was a Canadian company founded by Jack Wang and Devun Walsh. Some of their goggles are Made in Japan.

IS is now owned by a company called Sightline Distribution.

I've owned the Staple and Type-R. Staple was much more comfy.

They were on for 50% off from Canadian Cartel the other day, but I decided not to pull the trigger. Ever since then, I've seen a bunch at my hill ridden by lots of really good people.
