Default Oakley Canopys?

Anyone have a pair, how do they size up, opinions on them ?

they're huge - about the same as EG2. The peripheral vision is massive, but how much peripheral vision do you really need?

I'm guessing most people riding these really don't have a face large enough and either have their eyes too low in the goggle (excessive nosepiece in view) or pinched nostrils from pushing them too far down on their face. Just make sure they fit your body right, not just your style.

i have a high bridge on my nose so found the canopy's really great, i love the splices but found they sat high on my nose and if i lowered them, even with the design to improve airflow they still impeded my breathing, they are a good goggle but it does depend on your face shape, hence why im currently trying to sell my Splice's to buy some canopy's

Price isnt that different so just go and see which one feels nicer on your face. Oh btw im also an XXL in most helmets, probably why the canopy feels pretty good on me (large faces)

Giro Onset goggles claim the widest peripheral vision. I have tried them and they do indeed offer great peripherals (I don't care if it's true or not, it offers enough for me).

The best thing about them is that they don't look like fishbowl goggles. Nobody would believe you that it has awesome peripheral view.

BTW, I have a HUGE head/face.

I have a pretty big head and when I tried on the Canopy they felt huge. Big enough in fact that they didn't feel comfortable and I cancelled the ones I had on order with my local shop. The peripheral vision was indeed great, I just couldn't get past the size.
