Pow Transfilmer Mitten - Snowboarding Forum

Anyone use these? I want to get a mitten type glove but wouldnt mind having the ability to quickly flip the cover back for grabbing things out of my pocket or using my camera etc.

The thing is, i wear wrist guards when i board and I dont know if this glove has enough room in the wrist area for these. If anyone has them, can you let me know if there is enough room to fit a finger or 3 in the wrist cuff?

And are these intended only for camera type people? I would only use my camera a few times a day (tough camera), so it would be used as a general snowboarding glove for the most part... Good idea?

Well i went ahead and bit the bullet on these. Absolutely perfect for me. Wrist guard fits, though it seems to be somewhat stretched, so left the guards off for today. But as far as usefulness is concerned - awesome! Flip the mitten cover back any time you want to get the slope map out or whatever. As for warmth, best way i can describe it is a bed where the blanket is too warm, but without it its cold. Stick one leg out and you are at perfect temperature. Yeah thats what this glove is like.
