Help a color blind guy out

So I am looking for a soft shell jacket that will go with a pair of 686 Smarty Cargo's in Gunmetal. Being colorblind I can honestly say this is harder than it should be lol. Any suggestions?

I would think taking a wife/girlfriend or buddy going into a store and letting them know your color blind and helping you get a good looking jacket would be the way to go

pretty much anything would go with those pants, except for more muted tones, tan or olive green would look bad i think so other than that i would say anything is gravy

maybe you could post up pics of a possible jacket you were thinking of and then our helpful community could steer you away if it was a big faux pas ahha
