Burton Park Crew or one of their DWR treated hoodies. 32 also has their STI line which is similar. Analog has their ATF series too.

I wonder if something like a splash jacket/splash shirt or dry top like those used in kayaking and sailing would work. My dry suit is pretty lightweight (and waterproof).
