I've got a question for you videophiles out there.
So I'm gonna be doing some filming with the new Contour Roam I picked up, and currently I'm using what's probably a Speed-Class 2 SD Card. My question is, for something like a Roam, does using a higher class card (6+) make a big difference in the quality of the film? Would you recommend going out and buying a higher class card? I've noticed some artifacts in some of the film I've shot so far, which I've heard is a byproduct of low write-speed.

Yeah, get a higher class card for sure. I had problems with a class 4 card but it was also a low budget one to boot. Since I went with an SLR I just upgraded to class 10 cards and have no complaints. They are reasonably priced these days.

I think I got a 16GB micro SD card for about $17 on newegg the other day.
I've always used class 6 I think with the GoPro/Contour based on recommendations from others who suggested that as minimum.
