Mooz, I think you are hating on Kusinich too much. You can`t just take anything you want to the floor at any time. Up until 2004 Republicans had absolute control and they routinely prevented legislation from being allowd onto the floor, even for debate. Kusinich tried long before eventhe 2004 election to bring this onto the floor. Then after the 2004 election, he tried again and Nancy Pelosi shot it down and it died before even fellow Democrats could read it or debate it. It has taken this much time to strong arm enough Democrats to have enough support to even get this onto the floor of the House. Things in Washington move painfully slow and for every bill that makes it to the floor, 20 are killed before they are even open for debate. I stand by assesment of Dennis Kusinich as I have been in regular contact with Rep. Brian Baird here in Vancouver. I am a member of Vancouver for Peace and we have had numerous town hall meatings with him on this subject. Additionally, there is some support in the Senate as my two Senators Patty Murry and Maria Cantwell support this, but they can only move as fast as the system and right now the problem is in the House where they don` even have a veto proof majority and the Republicans use the fillabuster to kill every thing they don`t want to see even come to the floor. The problem is`nt Kusinich.

Poor George Well u have to admit he dug his own hole. There really isnt any need to impeach him at this point. For what its worth he's done with the Presidency, Should he be held accountable for any actions while President?? Theres alot of people involved in all of this to hold one person accountable or to at least the value of war crime...
