So obi really didnt like the "lipstick on a pig" twister right?? So what does he do??? He says lets have a truce...then He decides to portray McCain as an old idiot who cant run a computer.

I love it! gloves are off...Remember what i said about the wife!!! ohhh boy! watch what happens now..

Rest assured a dirty election doesnt help obi...see everyone knows gop's do that shit all the time. Normally the dems are a little more smarter than that...normally! Cause if obi gets drawn into one of these campaigns as they are admitting in the article above, that sends a sign that he can be drawn into any war..when maybe he shouldnt..

as a neutral observer with no vested nor significant interest in this election; the only 'change' i would hoped to have seen in this campaign season, is where one side desperately uses the 'dirty' strategy, but the other chose simply to 'rise above it'.

it would have been refreshing, but also respectful of the intellectual capacity of the electorate, who this time around, have apparently come out in numbers never seen before.

incidentally, neither of my bosses know how to use a computer, or a mobile fone for that matter! but both are at the top of their professions and command overwhelming respect and praise from the peers.

And thats very very true. You dont have to know how to use a computer to be effective in upper positions. When u get to that level its all about delegating anyway....

But then on a logical thought one would think everyone by now(with exception of the real elderly) should know how to at least send an email. Perception is however they dont. My mom is 83. When I tell people she can pull information from the internet and create a pdf, word or excell file and send it to individual listings they think wow!!

And yea thats whats gonna hurt obi. People would think he wouldnt get sucked into this rather that he would actually rise above it. If he were to rise above it and not react in the same fashion...the gop would stop their attacks in a week or so..The media would be feasting and it would only make the gop look worse for continuing to do it.

So basically obi is shark bait right now. and make no mistake about it...He is dealing with sharks.

Stating that Mc cain can't use a computer is a fact..infact he cannot.
While hinting that a legislation designed to teach kids about predators is instead sexual education for kids is...really low and desperate.

Like a good Republican you are once again being a revisionist here. The facts are, that both candidates agreed to a truce for September 11`th. They agreed to a break in campaigning to honor the victims of September 11`th. There was no intent to stop attack ads for good. McCain aired that attack ad portraying Obama as some kind of child molester by twisting the facts about a peice of legislation that Obama actually had nothing to do with and was not intended as "sex education" rather is was to make kids more aware of what to do if approached by creeps. Your ability to twist the facts is astonishing.

Actually, Obama has been very soft ball with McCain and this has hurt him just as it hurt Kerry when the Swift Boat Veteran slime attacked. He did not respond agressive enough. Obama has been criticized by progressives for not striking back hard enough. It is time to blast McCain and Palin with both barrels. These knuckle draggin, mouth breathing right wingers are used to bullying their way to victory and they need their noses bloodied. It was`nt Obama who got his panties in a wad over the lipstick remark (a phrase McCain has used many times in his career, it is a widely used phrase) McCain and Palin are trying to cry "victim" over every comment and quite frankly, the American people are getting sick of it. His "indignation" kind of blew up in his face.

As for the computer point, it is relevant because it shows just another example of how out of touch MCain is with the world. It is another window into his mental and how he still sees the world in a 1960`s light. We need a leader who is in the present to deal with today`s issues, not old, out dated thinking.
