You're enabling the Section 8, welfare mom when you keep giving her WIC stuff, food stamps, welfare checks, and section 8 living. Why should she get a job when the government is paying her just to be alive. I know people like this... and the scary thing is, they actually believe it's their RIGHT to collect from the government, when they've been that way since they were 18!! When did they ever contribute to the system to actually draw from it!

Thats gotten alot better over the years. They have limits now on PA. FYI "Welfare" is no longer a valid term, it has been replaced by "Public Assistance".
With todays PA U will only get so much and the recipients who are able to work have to go thru certain programs like job placements or their PA will either be denied or reduced drastically.
They now have the PA cards which are basically debit cards that eliminate the abuse of the old wic stamps. People used to trade those for reduced cash value to buy beer, smokes etc.
And I agree people abuse it, I know several, and your right its mom and daughters
