Not really a fan of his show on HBO, but the trailer for this documentary had intrigued me. Bill Maher travels around and confronts the religious and spiritual with arguments against their faith. This movie has a different sort of parodying than a similar themed documentary "Jesus Camp". It's quite funny and worth a view for those with two hours to spare. Religulous Religulous Jesus Camp I'll include a link to Jesus Camp, but keep in mind it is not much of a comedy and is quite depressing. I agree that it's funny and worth a view. A lot of people are crtical of it as antagnostic (as if religion itself isn't). It's a good movie as long as you realize Maher is a comedian and makes comedies.

I saw that movie the day it came out. It was decent, but not as funny as I expected it to be. Certainly worth renting / netflix / etc., however.

I haven't seen Religulous yet, I have seen Jesus Camp. Blew my mind. I had no idea stuff like that went on. I couldn't believe the Camp elders actually had these 8 year olds speaking in tongues.
