I was surprised to see a well done interview with Ron Paul on the Daily Show:

I saw that as well, it was a pretty good interview. I wasn't all that surprised though. While Jon Stewart is obviously more liberal than conservative, he does a good job of calling bullshit on someone no matter what party they're from, and also giving everyone a fair interview.

Exactly, I wish I could trust Ron Paul enough to vote for him. But most of his "policies" verge on nutty or just plain impractical.

He's surprisingly intelligent. A lot of people get blind-sided by that fact, like this dingbat. He went toe to toe with her and she didn't actually expect him to know his shit.
