well i never really made an assessment of how the richter scale works and i do know how the measurements work ... the point is that a 6.5 is still in the relative area of a 7.0 and definitely not so much stronger that had a 7 hit northern california entire cities would be lvld .. now I also know ( before anyone else jumps in ) that yes there are other variables such as epicenter etc but as a generalization quakes in underdeveloped countries pack more punch than in developed ones ..see also the iranian earthquake and the mexican earthquake a few years back and compare them with those seen in japan and the u.s. .. remember the kobe japan quake (6.8)had an epicenter less than a dozen miles away yet only had 2k or so casualties in a city with 1.5 million people just to illustrate my point

Yep Capitalism is an evil system that feeds off of death destruction and usury. Communism has such an awesome past of love and compassion for its people!

And while were at it, i don't hear a whole lot of support coming from communistic ran countries in the world? Hell for that matter, i haven't heard a whole lot of support coming from anywhere but the U.S. a country ran heavily upon power, greed, and selfishness in the eyes of a commie, upon who i regretfully share a mountain with.

Point 1: I bought a ton that night, I just don't really recall who I bought what for and when. If you didn't get in on it, that's your fault. Actually, I believe I offered a follow-up to Freddie's round. Unfortunately, You had been checking-up on your exit ride from 11:30 till time of departure! You were in a hurry to beat-feet!

I made it to Snowbasin on Sunday, but I had little interest in the Tour. There is a little soft spot in my heart for the Strawberry side of the mountain, and again, it didn't disappoint! It was some of the best riding we had gotten all weekend. It embarrassed Brighton!---------
That being said, Dan didn't ride that day. He stayed at the base, barely drank, and made friends with absolutely NOBODY. His game was way off. His game was below T-ball level, very very sad!

Burrito, I did tell her that you declared your bitch-out-ness well before the day of meeting, so you're clear.

I hope you all have enjoyed the FEET of snow I left behind!

As for the political discussion.....maybe this is why the Moral Majority wishes for education vouchers.....apparently we have failed them in their "learnin." I know the communism concept is discussed ad-nauseum, at my district. People just do not understand the concepts and don't really care to understand them. But hey, as long as we are able to buy our I-Pods the world should be jealous!

I will say, though, China and her Killer Industry (Which has only soared because of the introduction and acceptance of Capitalism) should surely be able to shell-out a lot more than 4 mil! And, c'mon, 30 Doctors from Cuba?

Agreed. That's what I was trying to highlight.

Carm, I have the receipt, brother. 100 bucks at Sues in SLC, I have no idea where it went, that's for sure! Somehow, though, it lead me to believe that late night BurgerKing (mmmm, sloppy, tasty capitalism!) was a brilliant idea! Ugh.

And 6 AM?!? I'm still in the Peak of REM at 6AM, not going to make it.
