Richard P. Feynman

Serious though, my choice would have to be Richard Feynman. A brilliant Nobel Prize winning physicist who lived an incredibly interesting life. The book, "Surely you're joking, Mr. Feynman" is a must read for anybody that appreciates science or physics.
