Thoughts?

Will Americans buy his non-hollywood, down to earth, common sense politics?

I don't think he's got a chance, even though he may make a good President.

Too many on the right are busy drinking the Palin kool-aid right now.

I've been a supporter of Ron Paul since I first saw him campaigning in the last election, but I agree with you he doesn't have a chance because his ideas are a little to radical for most people.

He's too idealistic. The Jeffersonian ideal doesn't work in the modern world. In one of the greater moments of American irony, Jefferson himself oversaw one of the biggest expansions of the federal government in history.

I like SOME of his stands, and I think he'd make a GREAT advisor and moderating voice in the White House, but his model is unsustainable in the end.

i agree with about 25% of what he says. the difference between him and most politicians besides perhaps russ, is that he actually does what he says.
