One thing people should realize, though, is that it's probably already being done. Maybe not as widespread as they'd like, but it's being done. Like I said, they just want to make it legal now.

The constitution is bullshit.
A relic of a long since passed and idealistic era, whose ambiguities and holes perceived today are poured over to support duplicitous acts and plausible deniabilities. One fact remains true above all others in the realms of political consideration: the single biggest enemy of any governing authority, is the population being governed. everything you might enjoy in this life of freedom and liberty is granted to you by it not being outlawed. everything. those things which are granted and perceived as tremendous freedoms (usually with the romanticised notion that it fights back against authority) are those things which are so ineffectual, that they can be easily tolerated. social networking sites and things like this forum are within the public domain. they can be accessed by anyone at anytime for any cause. places like this are essentially voluntary strip searches. anyone who reads every word within the Ts&Cs of such places would appreciate this.
