Remember, if you're an atheist, borrow a religious friend's money to buy your meds, otherwise they won't work.

Well they say that the groups stance was not why they were turned down. If they actually come out with a logical reason behind it later on a lot of people are going to look pretty dumb.

Here's a response from the ACS about the issue: The American Cancer Society Responds About Rejecting Atheist National Team from Relay For Life | Friendly Atheist I'm not trying to support either side, I just want it to be a fair argument.

They could have condensed that response down to 'You're not a giant corporate engine, so you can't buy THAT much of our good grace with a half million. Come back when you're a megabank or car company.'
