So I just saw that 50% of the country is now facing poverty

U.S. News - 'Dismal' prospects: 1 in 2 Americans are now poor or low income

And Rush Limbaugh is advocating getting rid of free lunch programs in schools

Last month Bachmann said the unemployed shouldn't be able to eat. I can't believe I'm asking this, but does anyone think this is going to be the new trend?

I'm not sure if I'd go as far as to say they need to be executed, but certainly condemned to a life of hard labor, considering all they do is make a living off running their fat ignorant mouths.

But otherwise, that's about how I see it. The question is, why don't most others? There's certainly enough evidence.

Any conservatives willing to step up and defend this new sentiment of forcing the poor to starve?
